PROPOSAL NUMBER THREE A PROPOSITION, SCHOOL FACILITY HEALTH AND SAFETY BOND ACT OF 1997
Shall section one of chapter 328 of the laws of 1997 known as the school facility health and
safety bond act of 1997, which promotes the health and safety of the children of New York and
provides for critical projects related to construction, expansion and modernization of public
school facilities, by authorizing the creation of state debt to provide moneys therefor in the
amount of two billion four hundred million dollars ($2,400,000,000), be approved?
