Dear Editor;
Being a non-believer of the Bush persuasion I took issue with the Mr. Albert
Smith Jr. letter to the editor "Blast Wright". In a free and open society
everyone has a right to voice their opinion including Mr. Wright and Mr. Smith
but when a segment of the population (pro Bush supporters) start suggesting
that people who exercise their right to dissent leave the country if they
aren't happy is not only wrong but dangerous to liberty. As a Libertarian I
have deep philosophical differences with the current administration and I can
assure Mr. Smith that I won't get on my knees and thank god for the Bush
presidency nor will I leave this country which is just as much mine as it is
his.
