Dear Dan,

I feel your report tonight on Rush Limbaugh's "doctor swapping" was incomplete. You reported that Rush might face serious legal problems for obtaining illegal prescriptions through doctor swapping, but did not mention that Rush has hurt no one and had every right to whatever medication he felt was necessary for his condition; and that the government's subpoenas and searches of his personal medical records are heavy handed and violations of his privacy. I strongly believe you should point out that the "War on Drugs" is grossly unjust and costly, in human lives ruined and dollars wasted, and violates fundamental human rights of self-determination of medical care and self-medication, and freedom.
