A04215 and S02299 Prohibits possession of certain condoms as evidence GOOD
Bonnie - Being able to use condoms as evidence of a "bawdy house" would discourage prostitutes and others from using condoms, not a wise move for the public health. Evidence of what sort of crime, anyway? Rapists don't usually use condoms.

A00600 requires that 25% of the seats at each ticket price shall be set aside. Spectator events are defined as sporting, recreational, and other events that are open to the public and that are attended by more than 250 persons. Authorizes State liquor authorities to promulgate regulations concerning notice to facility operators and posting of informational materials. Makes violations a misdemeanor.
The bill looks like it's already out of date, but be on the lookout for an update.
