Fellow Libertarians,

I hope to be the Libertarian nominee for the New York U.S. Senate seat in the 2000 election.

The issues I address are varied. All are important. Many, including the legalization of the vices of Drugs, Prostitution, and Gambling, a funding plan that replaces tax revenue with user fees, and a free market approach to social concerns, are solid Libertarian philosophies. All objectives are, better than current policies.

In the present political arena of the New York U.S. Senate election, any press could be nationwide, shining new light on issues and forcing them to the table. With the exception of the presidential race no platforms could be better to promote common sense ideas that need a greater voice in our society today. Much could be gained even without an electoral "win", but I can conceive scenarios where I do!

As the Libertarian nominee for the New York U. S. Senate seat, I can guarantee you a high profile campaign with enough votes to ensure a spot on the ballot in the next election. By staging eye-catching news conferences and campaign appearances on the steps of New York City Hall, representing the views (in a persuasive way) of many otherwise underrepresented citizens, I will generate substantial visibility and support.

Sincerely,
