Daniel A. Conti
Daniel A. Conti was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1959. He attended Georgetown University in Washington D.C., and received an A.B. Degree in English with a minor in Philosophy in 1981. He attended Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California, and received a Juris Doctor Degree in 1985.

Mr. Conti was admitted to the New York State Bar in January, 1986. He has since been admitted to the Bar for the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York, and to the Bar of The United States Supreme Court. He is currently an inactive member of the Bar for the District of Columbia.

Mr. Conti is an experienced trial lawyer. He has successfully defended high profile clients, including alleged organized crime figures, Wall Street stock brokers, and the local chairman of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

He has been quoted in major newspapers, including The New York Times, Newsday, The New York Daily News, and The New York Post. He has also appeared as a legal analyst on Court TV.

Mr. Conti is a resource attorney for Long Island Dads and Big Apple Dads, Inc. He is also a member of the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Mr. Conti was the Libertarian Party Candidate for New York State Attorney General in 1994 and 1998, and he was the Libertarian Party Candidate for Nassau County District Attorney in 1997. He lives with his wife and daughter on Long Island.
