Fran founded the current incarnation of "Free New York," then a SIL chapter publication, as publisher & editor, and got it adopted as LPNY's newsletter. He later served as state chairman.

We have received a pile of back issues of the precursor to FreeNY, the Free Libertarian, from the early 70s. They will be scanned and posted online as time permits. An inventory has been done so that people can check to see if they have any issues not on the list. Please mail us if you have hard copies of issues prior to the mid-90s, or information about dates of editorialships.
